ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquire and onboard D2C, enterprise ecommerce, and marketplace brands for Shipways post-order SaaS solutions
- Drive revenue for core offerings including shipment tracking, branded notifications, NDR automation, returns & exchanges, courier analytics, and CX insights
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, pricing, negotiation, and closures
- Build and execute a strategic revenue roadmap aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Win accounts from competing post-order, shipping, and logistics intelligence platforms
- Act as a consultative partner, understanding client challenges like RTOs, failed deliveries, escalations, and courier performance gaps
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities as customers scale
- Conduct market and competitor analysis within post-order SaaS and logistics tech
- Drive outbound and inbound sales through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and inbound leads
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Customer Success for smooth onboarding and adoption
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM
- Lead and mentor junior sales members, set KPIs, review funnels, and drive execution.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in ecommerce, logistics, or supply-chain tech.
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise ecommerce clients
- Strong understanding of post-order ecommerce workflows: shipping, NDRs, returns, courier management
- Proven ability to sell value-driven SaaS solutions
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Startup mindset: fast-paced, ownership-driven, and customer-centric.
- Atleast 3+ years of experience in team leading.
