Business Development Lead IPO Advisory
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire companies with IPO potential (SME & main-board).
- Build and manage relationships with promoters, CFOs, bankers, and investors.
- Generate leads, pitch services, and convert them into IPO advisory mandates.
- Conduct market research and track IPO pipeline across sectors.
- Act as the client's primary contact throughout the IPO journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance) and external partners.
- Support in preparing proposals, pitch books, and IPO-readiness reports.
- Stay updated on SEBI/regulatory guidelines and advise clients accordingly.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Represent the firm at industry events, investor meets, and networking forums.
