Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in MEP and DC project verticals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners

- Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals

- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding market share

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment

- Keep track of market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adapt strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management

- Proven track record in handling MEP and/or Data Center projects

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

- Strong network within infrastructure, real estate, or tech-driven industries.
