1. Develop and execute the business development strategy for Utility & C&I projects in renewable energy (Solar, Wind, BESS, Hybrid).
2. Identify new markets, business models, and revenue streams to achieve growth targets.
- Business Development & Sales
1. Originate, negotiate, and close high-value C&I renewable projects (As an IPP).
2. Generate a strong pipeline of opportunities through direct client engagement and strategic partnerships.
- Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with CXO-level clients in manufacturing, IT parks, commercial real estate, and industrial clusters.
- Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and lead the BD team across regions to achieve business goals.
- Financial & Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in renewable energy.
