Role Summary This role will lead business development initiatives, focusing on licensing, alliance management, and portfolio expansion. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring innovative products to the Indian market and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Alliance Management: Act as the single point of contact for key licensing and alliance partners. - Product Identification: Identify new product opportunities across therapies from global pipelines, market data, and portfolio gaps. - Licensing & Deals: Lead business case creation, term sheet discussions, and agreement execution. - Portfolio & Project Management: Drive internal and external product development, ensuring timely execution. - Product Commercialization: Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Packaging, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and PV teams. - Regulatory Coordination: Support regulatory documentation and artwork processes in collaboration with licensing partners. - Compliance & SOPs: Work with RA to build frameworks for regulatory compliance of in-licensed products.
