We are seeking a dynamic and proven professional to join our client as a Lead Business & Market Development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about scaling businesses, building strong industry partnerships, and driving impactful growth initiatives.

With 8-12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Market Expansion, and Partnerships, the ideal candidate will bring a results-oriented mindset, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a track record of driving outreach with enterprises, GCCs, consulting and technology firms, analytics providers, BPM & cloud companies, and innovative startups.

Role: Lead Business & Market Development

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Education: MBA from top institute

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to closure.

- Build and nurture senior-level corporate relationships, ensuring long-term value creation.

- Identify, create, and convert new partnership opportunities with external ecosystem players.

- Be a growth catalyst by scaling business through strategic alliances and demonstrated success in partnership-driven initiatives.

- Lead external outreach efforts with a focus on ecosystem management across enterprises, technology firms, and niche players.

- Manage and strengthen stakeholder relationships, consistently identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration.

- Drive multiple business initiatives that enhance visibility, outreach, and growth of the organization.
