Lead Business Analyst - Oracle Fusion Financials

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Business Analyst - Corporate Applications with Oracle ERP experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to drive solution architecture, functional design and enterprise-wide financial systems initiatives.

Your Future Employer: Leading real estate and investment management organization with a Corporate Applications environment supporting users across Europe and India.

Responsibilities:

- Lead solution architecture and functional design across Oracle Fusion Financial modules.

- Own complex cross-module integrations across GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, IC and XLA.

- Partner with senior IT and Finance stakeholders to design scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.

- Lead resolution of complex issues and root-cause analysis.

- Architect change requests covering configuration, integrations and testing.

- Review functional/technical specifications and solution architecture documents.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience.

- 8+ years of Oracle Fusion experience in a Solution Architect or equivalent senior role.

- Strong expertise across Oracle Fusion Financial modules.

- Deep knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA), period-close architecture and reconciliation.

- Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades or transformation programs.

- CA-equivalent knowledge with strong accounting and financial reporting fundamentals.
