POSITION DETAILS:

Position Title: Lead Business Analyst

Reports To: Director - Corporate Strategy

Experience: 6-8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Team Size: 8-10

Education: B.Tech./MBA from a Tier 1 institute

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- 4-6 years of work experience in a Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or related role

- Excellent analytical ability including demonstrated knowledge of business analysis

- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Ability to build collaboration, credibility and relationships quickly across functions and levels

- Attention to detail, able to multi-task and advance activities across concurrent workstreams, with the ability to work towards goals in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to turn ambiguous information and unstructured problems into insights, plans and recommendations

- Professional maturity and experience to interact with senior stakeholders

- Resourceful self-starter; ability to work autonomously

- Ability to coach/mentor team members and effectively lead & manage any initiatives assigned

- Exposure in Finance is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

- Manages dispatch, transportation, and on-site delivery timelines.

- Coordinates custom clearance or inter-city movement, if required.

- Ensures delivery aligns with site readiness and avoids damage or storage delays.
