Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Storytelling:
- Define brand identity, tone, purpose, and long-term vision.
- Partner with product teams to ensure cohesive brand experience and product design.
- Build a global, culturally relevant brand with a unique point of view.
- Develop the brands story, positioning, and messaging to stand out in a competitive market.
- Create a consistent, differentiated brand voice for young, urban audiences.
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpointssocial, PR, advertising, in-app, and more.
Content Creation & Marketing:
- Lead content strategy for digital platforms including social media, blogs, and video.
- Partner with creatives to develop compelling, shareable visual and narrative content.
- Design campaigns and influencer strategies that create buzz and drive user growth.
Growth through Organic & Inorganic Marketing:
- Execute paid marketing strategies across channelssocial, search, programmatic, app stores.
- Manage agency relationships and media partnerships to expand brand presence.
Community Building & Engagement:
- Cultivate brand-led online communities to deepen engagement and brand love.
- Collaborate with CRM and product teams to ensure exceptional brand experience in-app and beyond.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with product, creative, PR, and partnerships teams to bring campaigns and features to life.
- Drive cross-team alignment on strategic initiatives and brand messaging.
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Define KPIs, measure performance, and leverage analytics for continuous improvement.
- Identify insights to refine campaigns and drive higher impact.
Who You Are?
Experience: 5-10 years in brand marketing, ideally in consumer tech, dating, or social platforms.
Strategic Storyteller: Able to craft compelling narratives and emotionally resonate with audiences.
Creative Marketer: Experienced in viral, content-led marketing and influencer ecosystems.
Paid Media Pro: Skilled in performance marketing, paid social, and influencer collaborations.
Analytical Thinker: Comfortable using data to guide creative and strategic decisions.
Team Player: Effective cross-functional collaborator, especially with product and creative teams.
Trendspotter: In touch with culture, consumer behavior, and trends in the dating/social space.
