Description:
Role Overview.
We are looking for a high-impact Brand Partnerships & Alliances professional who can identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and long-term business value.
This role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic brand partnerships and alliances aligned with business goals.
- Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle including pitching, negotiation, contracting, launch, and performance tracking.
- Develop joint marketing campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and cross-promotional programs with partners.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure value creation, alignment, and renewals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, finance, and sales teams to execute partnerships seamlessly.
- Track partnership KPIs, ROI, and business impact; present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive partnerships, and new alliance opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in brand partnerships, alliances, strategic partnerships, or business development.
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing commercial partnership agreements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with marketing teams on campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure partnership success and ROI.
- Self-starter with strong execution, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
