What You'll do:
- Define and execute the category growth strategy for the category across online marketplaces and D2C channels.
- Lead product lifecycle management - from new product development (NPD) to launch, scale-up, and phase-out.
- Conduct competitor analysis, consumer research, and market trend tracking to identify growth opportunities.
- Own pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain, creative, performance marketing, and sales teams for seamless execution.
- Build strong relationships with marketplace team (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.) and drive platform-specific growth initiatives.
- Analyze dashboards, KPIs, and business reports to track performance and implement corrective actions.
- Drive visibility and awareness for the category through innovative campaigns and partnerships.
- Ensure P&L accountability for the category, including revenue, margins, and ROI optimization.
Who You are:
- 4-7 years of experience in category management, brand management, or growth roles in FMCG/D2C.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces, and consumer buying behavior.
- Analytical thinker with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Creative problem solver who can balance numbers with brand-building.
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and consumer-first thinking.
