Were Looking for a Lead Brand & Digital Distribution who can seamlessly integrate brand strategy with sharp distribution intelligence. This role requires a strategic marketer who understands how to craft and execute the right distribution mixknowing when to lean on influencers, go social-first, amplify through paid media, or leverage partner channels, to ensure every campaign reaches the right audience and drives measurable business outcomes.
Role Overview:
Were hiring a Lead Brand & Digital Distribution who can merge brand strategy with sharp channel intelligence. Youll design the right distribution mix knowing when to go influencer-heavy, social-first, paid-led, or partner-driven to ensure every campaign reaches the right audience and delivers measurable business impact.
What Youll Do:
1. Strategic Distribution Planning:
- Define distribution blueprints for each campaignaligning objectives, audiences, and the optimal channel mix (organic, paid, influencer, partner, media pages).
- Decide when to use top-tier influencers vs. micro-creators, meme networks, affiliate handles, partner brands, or owned platforms.
- Build repeatable playbooks and frameworks for efficient campaign distribution.
2. Brand & Product Marketing:
- Lead integrated brand campaigns across multiple verticals.
- Drive GTM plans for product launches with strong storytelling and positioning.
- Work with creative teams to ensure ideas are built with distribution at the core.
3. Partnerships & Network Expansion:
- Leverage your existing network of influencers, creator agencies, media pages, and distribution partners.
- Identify and onboard new amplification partners across YouTube, Instagram, X, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
- Build long-term partnerships that deliver consistent reach beyond one-off bursts.
4. Campaign Management & Measurement:
- Manage end-to-end executionfrom brief to rollout to performance reporting.
- Partner with growth and analytics teams to measure effectiveness and refine future mixes.
- Build dashboards to track ROI and content performance across channels.
What Youll Bring:
- Atleast 7+ years in brand, digital or distribution marketing across high growth consumer tech/D2C brands, new age social first brands.
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, media ecosystems, and the creator economy.
- Proven experience running digital-first campaigns with measurable impact.
- Deep influencer, creator, and digital partner network.
- Creative storytelling instinct and distribution-first thinking.
