Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the brand marketing and communication strategy across multiple digital platforms.
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and influencer collaborations.
- Build, mentor, and manage a cross-functional marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and brand narratives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Oversee eCommerce marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, content creators, and media outlets.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize for ROI and brand impact.
- Drive creative strategy and storytelling to position the brand strongly within the competitive landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or communications.
- Proven experience in eCommerce marketing, influencer campaigns, and creative strategy development.
- Strong understanding of digital channels including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under deadlines
