Role Summary

We are hiring a Lead - Book Close, Regulatory & Tax Compliance to manage financial close processes, regulatory reporting, and tax compliance for the insurance business. The role includes financial statement preparation, reconciliations, IRDAI reporting, and GST/TDS compliance along with process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close

- Oversee bank and GL reconciliations

- Prepare financial statements under Ind AS and IFRS

- Handle IRDAI regulatory reporting and compliance

- Manage GST, TDS, and corporate tax compliance

- Coordinate with auditors and actuarial teams

- Lead accounting team and improve processes

- Drive automation and strengthen internal controls
