Lead - Banking Alliances

Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Banking Alliance to manage and strengthen relationships with partner banks and financial institutions.

The candidate should have strong exposure to payment gateway operations, banking partnerships, merchant acquiring, and digital payment ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage strategic relationships with banks, payment aggregators, and financial partners.

- Drive onboarding and integration of new banking/payment partners.

- Coordinate with internal teams for payment gateway integrations, settlements, reconciliations, and issue resolution.

- Negotiate commercials, MDRs, and partnership agreements with banking partners.

- Ensure smooth operational support for UPI, Cards, Net Banking, EMI, and other digital payment products.

- Monitor transaction success rates, routing efficiency, and banking performance metrics.

- Handle escalations related to banking/payment operations and ensure timely resolution.

- Work closely with compliance, risk, product, and tech teams for regulatory and operational alignment.

- Stay updated with RBI guidelines, NPCI framework, and digital payment industry trends.

- Support business growth initiatives through strategic banking alliances.
