We are looking for someone to lead Bank Partnerships at Scapia!

You will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing our existing relationships with banks to drive strategic partnerships and initiatives. Work closely with the product and technology stakeholders to align business needs and revenue goals with product roadmaps.

Focus Areas:

- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at banks. Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related inquiries and activities.

- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities with new banks that align with our company's strategic objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership proposals and negotiate terms and agreements.

- Product Integration and Collaboration: Work closely with product development and engineering teams to facilitate the integration of our product with banking platforms and systems. Coordinate with bank partners to ensure seamless implementation and deployment of integrated solutions.

- P&L & Proposals: Work on building cobrand P&L & proposals.

- Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the banking and fintech sectors. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for collaboration.

- Compliance and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards governing bank partnerships and financial services. Collaborate with finance, legal and compliance teams to review partnership agreements and documentation.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, marketing & growth, and finance to support partnership initiatives and drive business objectives.

Profile:

- In-depth knowledge of credit and lending regulations, including but not limited to consumer lending, business lending, fair lending practices, credit reporting, and privacy laws

- From a reputed B school / Engineering institute and have a passion for tech enabled businesses.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with regulatory authorities

- 9+ years of work experience in a challenging environment where you have had hands-on exposure to the above areas and deliverables.

- Experience in engaging with regulatory bodies and maintaining positive relationships with relevant stakeholders.

- Mindset with a balance of strategic thinking, analytics and data driven approach, problem solving and execution excellence skills.

- Have a keen interest in the evolving digital fintech landscape in India and the globe

- Love for Credit Cards & Travel
