A leading pvt. sector bank is seeking

Role: Lead - Back office Operations

Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities:

- Responsibility includes smooth functioning of CAD function with Regulatory and implementation of Bank's policy and processes.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Regulatory / Statutory framework. The candidate must keep himself abreast with the latest regulations, guidelines, and processes. Additionally, support in ensuring modification/simplification of existing processes.

- Build Knowledge / Best practices across industry for constantly minimizing operational risk.

Core Responsibilities:

- Responsible for booking keeping and correct maintenance of facilities in core banking systems for all borrowers so to ensure smooth operations and accounting & reporting in the books of the Bank.

- Responsible for proactive engagement with all stakeholders Business, Legal, Operational Risk Internal Audit team related to the function.

- Impact Analysis and action tracking resulting from any Audit, regulatory guidelines from compliance perspective and monitoring function within the unit and resolve.

- Ensuring that the all related process emanating from External and Internal Audits related to Corp CAD is standardized & implemented.

- People Management or Self-Management

Responsibilities:

- Monitors and enables the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process in the section.

- Mentor and groom talent within the team by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of the defined goals.

- Training people on regular basis so as to create awareness of regulatory changes and learning from Various Audit.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence of operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational thereby minimizing adverse comment from internal and External Audits

- Implements practices to bridge gaps identified during departmental audits.

- Cost optimization and efficiency building thereby without compromising controls.
