Job Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Profession to lead client acquisition and relationship management for our AIF and PMS offerings. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of financial products, strong networking capabilities, and a proven track record in institutional sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for AIF and PMS products targeting institutional and HNI clients.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with large IFAs, Distributors, Private Wealth Management companies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Present investment solutions tailored to client needs, supported by in-depth product knowledge.
- Collaborate with investment and product teams to align offerings with market demand.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategy.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in B2B sales within financial services, preferably in AIF/PMS.
- Strong understanding of investment products, regulatory frameworks, and client profiling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships.

- Deep network within the institutional investment and HNI community.
- Strategic thinking and ability to craft client-centric solutions.
