Role Summary:

We are seeking an Assortment & Inventory Lead to drive optimal product mix, inventory efficiency, and service levels across a multi-city pharmacy retail network. This role will own store-level assortment logic, replenishment frameworks, and inventory health, working closely with Category, Procurement, Supply Chain, and City Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead store-wise assortment planning across multiple pharmacy formats

- Drive inventory planning, replenishment norms, and on-shelf availability of critical SKUs

- Monitor and improve inventory health including ageing, turns, and stock optimisation

- Analyse fulfilment gaps and reduce stock-outs through structured data-led actions

- Support generics and private label strategy at store level

- Build dashboards, MIS, and governance mechanisms for inventory performance

- Partner with cross-functional teams to support new store rollouts and scale-up

Candidate Profile:

- 5-7 years of experience in pharmacy retail, inventory planning, category, or supply chain

- Strong understanding of pharma assortment: generics, branded medicines, wellness, PL

- Hands-on experience with Excel and inventory planning frameworks

- Exposure to large, multi-city retail operations

- Strong stakeholder management and execution-oriented mindset
