The ideal candidate will drive university hiring, build internship programs, and leverage advanced sourcing tools to attract the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Talent Acquisition strategies end-to-end.

- Drive University hiring & campus engagement programs.

- Design and manage internship programs with colleges.

- Use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, and other sourcing platforms effectively.

What We're Looking For:

- 10-15 years of HR experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition & Management.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in designing campus programs and internships.

- Proficiency with recruitment platforms and HR tools.
