
Role Overview:
As AGM Total Rewards, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the total rewards strategy. This role involves collaborating with HR business partners, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that the compensation, benefits, and recognition programs align with the company's overall business objectives and attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will be a key contributor to creating a competitive and equitable rewards environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies, policies, and programs that are aligned with the company's business goals and competitive market practices.
- Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, bonus allocation, and equity grants, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
- Design and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, to enhance employee well-being and engagement.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to ensure that the company's total rewards offerings are competitive and attractive to top talent.
- Partner with HR business partners and business leaders to provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits matters, including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and performance-based pay.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, including pay equity and transparency requirements.
- Communicate total rewards programs and policies effectively to employees, providing clear and concise information about their benefits and compensation.
- Analyze total rewards data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the programs.
- Manage vendor relationships with benefits providers and other third-party partners, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and participate in total rewards projects and initiatives, such as compensation system implementations, benefits plan redesigns, and employee recognition programs.
Required Skillset:
- MBA in Human Resources or related field from a Tier 1 institution.
- 6-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on designing and implementing total rewards programs.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
- Proven expertise in conducting market research, benchmarking analysis, and job evaluations.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR business partners, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
