Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Asset Non-Banking Finance Service division in Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our lending portfolio, focusing on driving growth within the MSME and SME segments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including credit, risk, and sales to ensure the seamless delivery of financial solutions. By managing high-value asset portfolios and optimizing credit structures, you will play a direct role in scaling our business footprint and ensuring sustainable profitability for the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the expansion of the MSME and SME lending portfolio by identifying high-potential market segments to drive revenue growth.

- Manage the end-to-end asset management lifecycle, ensuring high portfolio quality and adherence to risk mitigation frameworks for the benefit of the organization.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design customized financial products that address the specific capital requirements of small and medium enterprises.

- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to refine lending strategies, ensuring our service offerings remain market-leading and customer-centric.

- Lead and mentor high-performing teams to achieve ambitious disbursement targets while maintaining rigorous compliance and operational excellence.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep expertise in the lending business, specifically within the NBFC sector, with a proven track record of managing complex asset portfolios.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to evaluate creditworthiness and structure financial deals that balance business growth with risk appetite.

- Communicate complex financial concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders, including senior management and external business partners.

- Possess a high degree of adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai, managing shifting market priorities with agility.

- Hold a postgraduate degree in Management or Finance from a premier institute, complemented by 7 - 12 years of relevant professional experience.

- Display exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with SME clients and internal cross-functional teams.
