Role : Lead AI/ML Architect

Experience : 12+ Years Overall Experience

AI/ML Experience : 6+ Years in AI/ML Domain

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution architecture and delivery

- Proven experience implementing AI/ML use cases for customer-facing platforms

- Strong background in analytics, predictive modeling, and operational intelligence initiatives

- Experience designing scalable AI solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance customer engagement

- Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and enterprise AI architectures

- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership capabilities

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the AI/ML architecture strategy across enterprise programs.

- Design and deliver AI solutions for customer-facing applications and digital platforms.

- Collaborate with business, product, data science, and engineering teams to identify high-value AI opportunities.

- Lead the implementation of predictive analytics, recommendation engines, intelligent automation, and operational intelligence solutions.

- Establish AI best practices covering scalability, governance, security, and model lifecycle management.

- Mentor AI teams and provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.

- CAIP (Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner)

- AWS Machine Learning Certifications

- Microsoft Azure AI / Machine Learning Certifications
