Seeking an experienced AI and Technology transformation professional to take advantage of opportunities provided by AI and grow the business. Reporting to the CEO, will own the AI strategy and deployment across the India business and cascade global initiatives. POSITION DESCRIPTION: 1. Strategy, Management & Governance: - Conduct an end-to-end audit of existing data systems, workflows, and technological capabilities across all departments. - Identify opportunities for technology driven process automation and enhanced decision-making across the company. - Define & implement a cross-functional AI & technology principles roadmap aligned with business growth, operational excellence, and creative innovation goals. - Create a centralized data infrastructure that supports implementation. - Establish data governance policies, ensuring compliance, security, and ethical AI practices. - Audit and organize company data sources (CRM, ERP, Metadata enrichment, Marketing analytics, etc.) to establish a unified data ecosystem. 2. Collaboration with Partners: - Be the owner and the internal liaison between business teams and external technology consultants. - Define clear project scopes, success metrics, and delivery timelines for technology initiatives. - Ensure seamless integration of LLMs and generative AI tools for internal and customer-facing use cases. 3. Process and Change Management: - Introduce pilot projects (e.g., AI-assisted workflows, customer insights, dashboards, recommendation systems etc). - Champion a culture of data-driven innovation within the organization. - Work with HR and L&D teams to develop upskilling initiatives for teams impacted by transformation. - Build internal case studies and success stories to promote a data-driven culture organization-wide. HIRING PROFILE: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field AND Postgraduate qualification (MBA / M.Tech / MS) with specialization in Analytics, AI, or Digital Strategy. - Overall experience of 8-10 years, with the recent 3 years in AI, Technology, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation roles. - Proven success in implementing AI/data initiatives across multiple business functions, preferably in media, publishing or digital commerce sectors. - Experience working with consulting firms or technology vendors to deploy data and AI-based solutions. - Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional stakeholder management and change enablement. - Superior communication and articulation capabilities. - Should be able to take ownership from end to end. - Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere but also independently. - Attention to detail. - Must be interested in creating impact and building a long term career. - A positive personal presence. - Self-motivated, zealous, proactive individual will succeed here.
