Lead - Artificial Intelligence

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the organization's AI strategy and roadmap.

- Build and deploy advanced AI/ML models and Generative AI applications (LLMs, RAG systems).

- Establish scalable LLMOps and AI architectures, ensuring secure and efficient integrations.

- Create enterprise-level data frameworks ensuring clean and complete data availability.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Data Scientists, MLOps engineers, and AI specialists.

- Ensure AI ethics, compliance, and responsible AI adoption.

- Drive innovation through continuous exploration of emerging AI technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into products, operations, and decision-making.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, and DeepSpeed.

- Proven experience in Generative AI, LLMOps, Computer Vision, and NLP-based solutions.

- Strong track record of deploying AI systems in enterprise environments with tangible business outcomes.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience: 10-15 years

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
