Lead Architect - Technology

Must-Have Experience:

- 12 - 18 years of experience in technology architecture, software engineering or technology leadership.

- Strong experience as a Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect / Principal Architect / Lead Architect.

- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable technology architectures.

- Strong experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, consumer technology or omnichannel businesses.

- Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, cloud architecture and distributed systems.

- Strong understanding of ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, CRM and third-party integrations.

- Experience handling high-scale digital platforms and complex integrations.

- Strong technical decision-making and architecture governance capability.

- Experience leading senior engineers/architects and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of security, performance, scalability and system reliability.
