Job Description:

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced architectural leader to drive the planning, design, and execution of complex restoration, conservation, adaptive reuse, and high-value development projects.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Architect to lead end-to-end architectural planning, project governance, regulatory strategy, and execution for complex projects. The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into high-quality, sustainable developments. The incumbent will partner closely with senior leadership, consultants, contractors, regulatory authorities, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Design Leadership:

- Lead the architectural vision, planning, and design strategy for restoration, adaptive reuse, and premium development projects.

- Evaluate project feasibility and translate business requirements into practical and commercially viable design solutions.

- Drive conceptualization, design development, technical documentation, and execution planning.

2. Project Governance & Delivery:

- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, timelines, and business objectives.

- Monitor project risks, budgets, resource utilization, and execution milestones across multiple projects.

- Drive project governance through effective planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

3. Regulatory & Development Strategy:

- Provide strategic guidance on DP 2034 regulations, FSI optimization, BMC approvals, RERA compliance, statutory approvals, and development control regulations.

- Liaise with government authorities, municipal bodies, consultants, and approval agencies to facilitate timely project clearances.

- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, environmental, and sustainability standards.

4. Stakeholder & Team Leadership:

- Build strong relationships with senior leadership, external consultants, architects, contractors, and project partners.

- Lead multidisciplinary teams through the complete project lifecyclefrom concept to commissioning.

- Mentor project teams and foster collaboration across architecture, engineering, procurement, and construction functions.

5. Business Excellence:

- Support value creation through design optimization, cost management, and execution efficiency.

- Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and improve stakeholder experience.

- Contribute to the organization's long-term development strategy through innovative architectural solutions and disciplined execution.

Candidate Profile:

- Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution (Master's preferred).

- 1015 years of experience in restoration, adaptive reuse, conservation, luxury developments, or complex institutional/commercial projects.

- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary projects from concept through execution.

- Strong understanding of DP 2034, FSI planning, BMC approvals, RERA, and statutory regulations.

- Expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, and architectural documentation tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects and influence senior stakeholders.
