Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing, sewing techniques, machinery, and production systems.

- Expertise in GMT concepts, SMV, line balancing, and workflow optimisation.

- Proficiency in production planning tools, Excel, ERP/PLM systems.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.
