About the Role:
- We are seeking a Senior Lead Analyst - Retail Fraud Analytics to join our growing Digital Transformation & Knowledge Services team.
- The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics, data interpretation, and storytelling skills to identify, analyze, and mitigate fraud risks within retail operations.
- This role involves leading fraud detection initiatives, supporting business stakeholders, and driving actionable insights that safeguard profitability and strengthen process integrity.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Lead end-to-end fraud detection and prevention analytics initiatives for retail and CPG clients.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to identify anomalies, suspicious activities, and loss patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Solution Design (SD) and process improvement initiatives.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations and present them effectively.
- Manage large-scale analytical projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and best practices in fraud analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, fraud management, and loss prevention.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and detect complex, anomalous patterns.
- High level of analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving ability.
- Project Management experience (minimum 3+ years) in large client or business engagements.
Educational Background:.
- MBA or Graduate degree in B. Tech / B.Sc (Mathematics / Statistics) with strong academics.
Experience:.
8+ years overall experience, including:.
- 1-2 years in Fraud Management / Loss Prevention in Retail, CPG, eCommerce, Telecom, or Financial Services.
- 3+ years in Project Management roles.
