Role : Lead Analyst Project Finance - Renewable energy PAN India 3+ Years

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in project finance credit analysis and infrastructure sector research. The role requires hands-on experience in financial statement analysis, credit assessment, financial modelling, and risk evaluation for infrastructure projects across emerging markets. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently manage client communication and project deliverables.

Responsibilities :

- Conducting comprehensive credit reviews of infrastructure and project finance transactions.

- Analysing financial statements, operational reports, debt structures, and project performance metrics.

- Preparing detailed credit assessment reports covering business models, funding structures, and risk evaluation.

- Performing financial modelling and revenue projections for long-term infrastructure projects.

- Evaluating borrower transaction history, collateral quality, covenant monitoring, and early warning indicators.

- Undertaking industry research and analysing market positioning of companies/projects.

- Supporting clients with ad-hoc portfolio research and analytical requirements.

- Managing client communication and ensuring timely delivery of project assignments.

- Leading and mentoring team members while driving process efficiency and quality standards.

Requirements :

- 4 - 10 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or credit analysis.

- Strong exposure to financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment.

- Hands-on experience in financial modelling and project cash flow analysis.

- Understanding of infrastructure sectors and emerging market projects.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in covenant monitoring and collateral evaluation.

- Ability to independently manage client interactions and deliverables.

- MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
