Job Title: Lead Analyst / Principal Analyst / Associate Director Credit Opportunities

A leading global proprietary trading firm is hiring for its Credit Opportunities team within Financial Research. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with front office desks, driving fundamental credit analysis on corporate bond and loan issuers across geographies the kind of work that directly shapes global trading decisions, not just supports them.

What you'll own:

- Build and maintain detailed financial models financials, KPIs, capital structure, valuation, peer analysis.

- Track industry data and flag credit-relevant developments in real time.

- Partner closely with front office analysts to pressure-test credit views.

- Monitor covered names for earnings and material events.

- Contribute to relative value analysis and ad hoc research.

- Grow into full industry coverage and direct DD support for front office over time.

What you bring:

- MBA in Finance, CFA, or CA, with 5+ years of relevant experience and strong fundamental corporate credit skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Exposure to high-yield, stressed, or distressed credit is a strong plus.
