Responsibilities :


- Manage and track projects end-to-end across various business functions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.


- Act as a PMO support resource, assisting with governance, reporting, and coordination across strategic initiatives.


- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.


- Perform deep-dive financial and operational analysis to support strategic planning and performance reviews.


- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring financial data accuracy and alignment with goals.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and drive data-driven decisions.


- Maintain and improve project documentation, status updates, and standard operating procedures.


- Conduct secondary research and benchmarking, synthesizing data from various sources to identify trends and improvement areas.


- Assist in building a data-driven culture within the team by identifying reporting gaps and recommending automation opportunities.


Experience:


- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a PMO or Project Delivery role.


- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders.


- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard and report building, including data visualization and analysis.


- Excellent numerical aptitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.


- Good financial acumen, with an understanding of key concepts such as Profit & Loss, Operating Margins, Budgeting, and Revenue.


- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources.


- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.


Good to Have:


- Awareness of business technology, design principles, and a general tech-savviness.


- Understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) concepts including operations, transitions, quality, training, and finance.


- Strong reporting and documentation skills.


- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) will be an added advantage.


Educational Qualifications:


- B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance preferred.
