- We are looking for a Lead - AI SEO/Organic Growth to lead and scale our client's global organic acquisition engine. This role will own the strategy and execution for AI-driven SEO, programmatic content growth, and large-scale organic pipeline generation.

- The incumbent will drive awareness, engagement, and inbound pipeline by building scalable organic growth systems using AI content infrastructure, programmatic SEO frameworks, and high-performing content strategies tailored for enterprise cybersecurity buyers.

- This role will work closely with marketing, product, sales, and engineering teams to transform organization's digital presence into a category-leading organic growth engine.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and scale organization's global organic growth strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and inbound pipeline.

- Build and execute AI-driven SEO strategies focused on high-intent cybersecurity and enterprise SaaS search opportunities.

- Develop and scale programmatic SEO frameworks to create and manage large-scale content ecosystems.

- Implement AI-powered content systems to accelerate content production while maintaining search quality and authority.

- Drive organic growth across technical SEO, content SEO, and product-led SEO initiatives.

- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and content hubs to improve search visibility and topical authority.

- Lead website growth and conversion optimization, including UX improvements, landing pages, and SEO-led funnel optimization.

- Build scalable organic acquisition funnels that convert traffic into a qualified pipeline.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, content, design, and marketing operations teams.

- Track, analyze, and optimize organic growth performance, including rankings, traffic, engagement, pipeline attribution, and ROI.

- Manage SEO analytics, marketing automation, and CRM integrations to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies.

- Proven experience building and scaling organic growth engines for SaaS products.

- Strong expertise in AI-powered content systems and automated content generation workflows.

- Hands-on experience implementing and managing programmatic SEO strategies for large-scale content sites.

- Demonstrated ability to rank SaaS products and high-intent product keywords.

- Strong understanding of technical SEO, search algorithms, and modern search optimization frameworks.

- Familiarity with cybersecurity industry keywords, buyer journeys, and enterprise search behavior is highly preferred.

- Experience managing SEO analytics tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, etc.).

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate effectively in a fast-growing startup environment.
