About the Role :
We are building customer-facing AI agents that change how customers discover, decide, and buy. This is a hands-on Lead PDM role
You own the agent experience end-to-end - from customer problem and intent, through dialogue and grounding, to the action that resolves it. You build on Salesforce's Agentforce 360 platform - the Agentforce agent layer grounded in Data 360.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Own the agent experience and roadmap : Define which customer problems are worth solving with agents, the target outcomes, and the path to get there.
- Build agents in Agentforce : Configure agents in Agentforce Builder.
- Write and manage prompt templates : Author, ground, version, and govern prompt templates as living assets.
- Define actions : Specify the actions agents take to complete jobs.
- Stand up the data foundation in Data Cloud (Data 360) : Partner with engineering to set up data spaces, streams and Data Lake Objects (DLOs).
- Own trust, safety, and quality : Set policies for accuracy, transparency, escalation, and fallback.
