Role & Responsibilities : - Strategy Development: Working closely with clients to develop AI and analytics strategies aligned with their business objectives and priorities. - Consulting engagement: Collaborating with clients to understand their AI and analytical needs, conducting data assessments, and defining the roadmap for implementing AI and analytical solutions. - Solution Design: Design innovative AI and analytics solutions tailored to client-specific requirements, leveraging advance techniques like machine learning, natural language processing and data mining. - Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis, extract valuable insights, and present findings to clients in a clear and actionable manner, enabling data-driven decision -making and business optimization - Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in AI & Analytics, contribute to thought leadership initiatives. - Stakeholder management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, executives and business leaders, to drive successful project outcomes. - Team Leadership: Building and leading a team of AI& analytics professionals, provide mentorship, guidance and support to achieve client satisfaction Ideal Candidate : - Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as computer science, data science, statistics or engineering. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of AI and analytics with at least 3 years in a leadership position, ideally in a consulting environment Role & Responsibilities : - Technical skills: Proficiency in AI and analytical technologies, including machine learning, statistical modelling, data visualization. Familiarity with AI platforms and tools (e.g. Tensor Flo, PowerBI, PyTorch) is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills - Problem solving attitude. - Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of various industries and business functions, with the ability to apply AI and analytics solutions to address industry-specific challenges and drive innovation. - Strong leadership skills. - Flexibility to Travel Must have : - Strong AI and analytics profile - Mandatory Experience in Machine learning and statistical modelling - Must Have Overall 8+ YOE in AI and analytics and 4+ YOE in Team lead role (Highly Pref.- Candidates working in a consulting position at a service company) - Must Have BE / BTech / Master in data science, statistics or engineering - Highly Pref.- Experience in Natural language processing - Highly Pref.- Familiarity with AI platforms and tools (e.g. Tensor Flow, PowerBI, PyTorch) -Target Company (Pref) - Services company
