- Develop, plan, and launch tailored go-to-market campaigns for High-Net-Worth (HNI) clients, focusing on their unique financial goals, lifestyle expectations, and engagement preferences.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with product, data analytics, digital marketing, and other internal teams to uncover customer insights and translate them into targeted and personalized marketing initiatives.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
Budget Management:
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation, cost efficiency, and maximum business impact.
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:
- Work closely with product and proposition teams to identify, negotiate, and establish strategic alliances with premium service providers-such as luxury travel, wellness, lifestyle, wealth management, and investment firms-to enrich HNI value propositions.
Partner Relationship Management:
- Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with partners to ensure seamless service delivery, strong customer experiences, and mutually beneficial business growth.
Exclusive Events & Experiences:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute curated high-end events and exclusive experiences tailored to the interests and expectations of HNI clients.
