Hiring: Lead - Activations (Sales)

Location: Ahmedabad or Pune (Base location mandatory)

- Experience: 12-15 Years

Qualification: MBA (Mandatory)

Key Criteria (Must-Haves):

- Must be based in Ahmedabad or Pune

- Experience managing both Gujarat & Maharashtra regions

- Proven track record in Activation Sales

- Strong background in radio, events, OOH, or experiential marketing

- Solid client engagement and market relationship skills

- Only MBA-qualified candidates will be considered

Role Responsibilities:

- Drive new business and grow key accounts through content-driven, activation-led solutions

- Act as a brand partner and consultant, delivering integrated campaign strategies

- Build strong agency/client relationships across Gujarat and Maharashtra

- Execute branded content deals in collaboration with internal teams

- Maintain high visibility with clients and media agencies to position the brand as a top content partner

- Ensure timely delivery and reporting for all activations

Preferred Background:

- Client servicing at top event/activation agencies like Candid, Encompass, Percept, Fountainhead, Showtime, Seventy Seven

- Sales at media groups like ABP Studios, News18 Studios, GroupM, TV9 Network
