Lead - Accounts Receivables - Health & Wellness Startup

We're hiring for a well-established health & wellness startup based in Mumbai, looking for an experienced professional to lead the Accounts Receivable and revenue assurance function across D2C, Quick Commerce, Marketplaces, and Offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations, including revenue closing, reconciliations, collections, and reporting across multiple sales channels

- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with Ind AS 115 while maintaining strong gross-to-net revenue controls

- Manage reconciliations and claims with platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, and offline distribution partners

- Identify revenue leakages, improve collections efficiency, and drive better DSO and cash flow management

- Build standardized AR processes, ageing frameworks, and a single source of truth for receivables tracking

- Drive automation and process improvements within ERP systems to reduce manual work and improve operational accuracy.

Ideal Candidate:

- 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Assurance, or Controllership

- Prior experience in high-growth consumer, D2C, ecommerce, or marketplace-led businesses

- Strong understanding of platform-led business models and B2B reconciliations

- Hands-on experience managing large-scale reconciliations and claims

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
