Summary:


- The AR Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process delivered primarily by an outsourced service provider, while also managing a small captive AR team located in countries (where applicable). The captive team will handle critical AR operations requiring close alignment with local stakeholders, statutory compliance, or sensitive risk management.

- This role ensures adherence to Group policies, local statutory requirements, and service-level agreements (SLAs) while driving operational excellence, process improvements, and risk mitigation. The AR Lead will act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, the outsourced provider, and captive team members to deliver best-in-class AR services.

- Full-time MBA with 8-10 Years of experience in AR operations, with at least 3 years in governance/vendor management.

- Proven experience managing outsourced finance operations in a shared services or multinational environment.

- Prior experience leading captive AR teams or hybrid models (outsourced + captive) is highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge of AR, credit management, and collections.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP systems.

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data and drive improvements.

- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment.
