Lead Accountant - Record To Report - Cost Accounting & Lease Accounting

Description :

- On-paper Team lead 1 to 2 yr experience is mandatory.

- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days.

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM (Commerce background only).

- Shift: should be flexible for US Shift - 6:30 PM 3:30 AM.

- Lead Accountant-Cost Accounting and Lease Accounting.

- 4-6 years of F&A experience of which 2+ years of GL(General ledger) experience..

- CA / CPA / Qualified Accountants or Intermediate Accountants required.

- Proven people management skills.

- Functional / domain knowledge in F&A processes, good analytical & aptitude skills.

- Experience on process simplification / transformation..

- Strong team leading and motivational skills, performance reporting and tracking, derive performance improvement ideas.

- Ability to multi task, prioritize activities & meeting deadlines. Execute day to day operational tasks such as inventory reconciliations, lease accounting. Managing team.

- Identify and execute transformation projects. Act as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control). Ensure quality of the deliverables. Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs. Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals.

- Deploy and monitor process controls, quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives. Manage delivery of GL services as per the agreement.
