Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable and Commercial Lead to join our Finance & Accounts team. This is a team lead role responsible for managing and optimize the end-to-end receivables function.

This role will be responsible for billing accuracy, collections, cash application, reconciliations, month end AR deliverables, assist in closing and audits, leading commercial terms for customer contracts and leading a AR team while ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical skills and exposure to high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment managing and have experience on managing channelsincluding e-commerce, quick

commerce, company website, retail, general trade (GT), and modern trade (MT) and exports. The role ensures timely reconciliation, accurate reporting, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the Accounts Receivable operations, including review of invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer account reconciliations

- Monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue balances, and drive effective collection strategies

- Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer disputes and payment issues

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams to resolve billing and receivable discrepancies

- Manage month-end and year-end AR close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal policies

- Prepare and present AR metrics, dashboards, and cash flow forecasts to management

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce DSO Train, mentor, and performance-manage AR team members
