Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations including food preparation, service, hygiene, and customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and ensure optimal stock management.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
2. Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide store staff including service associates, kitchen staff, and support teams.
- Ensure proper staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
- Train and mentor employees to maintain high service standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
3. Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain presentation standards of the store and display counters.
4. Sales & Business Performance
- Drive daily sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Monitor unit performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Support implementation of promotions, seasonal offerings, and marketing initiatives.
5. Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store as per brand standards.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
