Working Days & Time: Monday to Saturday | 10 AM - 7 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Position Overview:
LDS Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to expand our enterprise client base and promote our range of licensed software solutions.
The role involves complete ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer introductions, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Conduct negotiations and independently close corporate deals.
- Track business commitments, plans, and sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the region.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for strategic decisions.
- Pitch IT Security solutions and LDSs full product range.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for decision-makers and board-level presentations.
- Make 2 - 3 field calls daily for business development activities
Functional Area: - Marketing & Sales of licensed software products such as:
Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Antivirus Solutions & Other Enterprise Software.
Required Technical/Functional Skills:
- B2B Sales experience (IT Software preferred)
- Strong presentation & customer engagement capability
- Ability to draft techno-commercial proposals
- Deal negotiation and closure skills
- Excellent communication
- Target-oriented mindset
Additional Role Requirements:
- This is a field-intensive role (daily client visits)
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle monthly sales targets
