Lawyer - Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity - LLB/LLM

Responsibilities :

- Domestic & cross border M&A transactions, Private Equity, Venture Capital etc

- Due diligence, documentation, execution of transactions

- Drafting and negotiations of all legal documents

- Advising on structuring deals

- Advising on complex legal issues

Requirements :

- LLB / LLM

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in M&A, PE, VC, JV etc

- Experience in handling domestic and cross-border transactions

- Ability to effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form
