With 4 lakh monthlyl website visitors, 2 lakh email subscribers, and a fast-growing ed-tech vertical, we are building the most trusted ecosystem for legal learning in India. We are now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who can take our brand, growth, and impact to the next level.
Role Overview
We're looking for a full-stack marketing leader-someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will design, lead, and optimise our entire marketing engine across acquisition, brand, retention, and revenue growth.
If you are someone who can lead teams, plan campaigns, and also open a dashboard and fix things yourself, we want you.

Key Responsibilities & Performance Marketing
1. Own and scale paid acquisition (Meta, Google Search, Display, YouTube).
2. Build and optimise full-funnel campaigns for courses and media properties.
3. Manage budgets, CAC, ROAS, attribution, and cohort analytics.
4. Experiment rigorously with creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
Brand, Content & Communication
1. Evolve and strengthen the Lawctopus and LLS brand narratives.
2. Oversee content strategy across web, email, social, video, and communities.
3. Write, edit, and guide high-quality marketing copy (ads, emails, sales pages, funnels)
CRM, Automations & Retention
1. Own lifecycle marketing (email, WhatsApp, push notifications).
2. Design automated workflows across the user journey-from lead generation to enrolment to alumni engagement.
3. Improve repeat purchase, upsell, and referral strategies.
Marketing Technology (MarTech)
1. Implement and manage tools for CRM, analytics, attribution, funnels, and automation.
2. Ensure clean data, reporting accuracy, and system-level efficiency.
Leadership & Team Building
1. Lead and mentor a growing marketing team across performance, content, design, and CRM.
2. Create a culture of experimentation, ownership, and speed.
3. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Academics, and Media.
Data & Insights
1. Own dashboards, KPIs, and weekly growth rituals.
2. Derive insights from traffic, funnels, conversions, and user behaviour.
3. Drive decisions backed by data, not assumptions.
Who You Are (Must-Haves)
1. 2-7 years of end-to-end marketing experience in fast-growing digital-first companies.
2. Hands-on mastery of Meta Ads & Google Ads.
3. Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
4. Strong with data: funnels, analytics, dashboards, attribution.
5. Excellent understanding of CRM, automation, and customer journeys.
6. Experience with MarTech tools (HubSpot/Zoho/ActiveCampaign, GA4, Tag Manager, etc.).
7. Proven ability to build and lead small-to-mid-sized marketing teams.
8. Comfortable moving between strategy and execution daily.
