You'll need a good understanding of mobile user interface experiences and associated challenges, so as to solve real world problems of customers.   This position demands high level of responsibility in thinking logical, taking quick product decisions, managing design & execution of application/product feature release.   Having worked closely with developers, technical execution knowledge and background of either design/computer studies of mobile applications would be an added advantage.  Key Responsibilities  - Define and champion product vision and roadmap  - Research customer and market needs, conduct competitive analysis  - Define prioritized feature requirements along with an overall product roadmap  - Measure and assess the efficacy of the product roadmap for customer delight and business success  - Deliver presentations and demonstrations that highlight product value  - Collaborate with engineering teams, marketing, support and partners to deliver the right product to the market  Expectations:  - Expert in ideation of products and conceptualizing solutions that are elegant, while being strongly analytical and as per user need  - Expert in creating intuitive Interaction design flows (Wireframes) for mobile + web and have a deep, holistic understanding of web and mobile user experience  - Ability to influence, motivate and advocate user needs to the team and key stakeholders  - Strong organizational and project management abilities with experience in Agile/Lean methodology  - Working knowledge with App indexing, Deep linking, App store optimization, Attribution, interactive push notifications, user segmentation and targeting  - Getting things done!  Desired Skills and Competencies  - The candidate must be a self-starter and possess excellent communication & time management skills. The successful candidate will function within a team to collaborate strategic deliverables while also working independently to find new opportunities. Should have a consistent forward outlook to adapt as per industry/organizational dynamics  - Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  - Experience of product management of at least two digital products from scratch in internet/product companies is preferred  - 2-3 years of Product Management. Having start-up experience or worked previously in internet technology companies would be added advantage  - MBA from a tier 1 business school only (Sales & Marketing)  Ideal Candidate  - Past experience in building Android application for Telecom/ IT/e-commerce, banking industry is MUST  - Telcom industry understanding  - MBA from Tier 1 business institute with relevant experience is MUST
