KRA :  - Handling Recruitment Full Cycle for Sales hiring.   - Strong in Stakeholder management  - Monthly Dashboard of TA activities (including source mix and cost analysis)   - Data Sanctity - Ensure accuracy of Data of all IJP/AOP/RRF/Offered   - Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing of candidates to making offers, as per the defined TA process and approved SLAs, for levels that have been delegated to circles.  - Track BGV Report and ensure all the recruiters initiate BGV of offered cases. Share the updated BGV report with TA Head on fortnightly basis.  - Tracking of Recruitment Vendor performance and issues related to invoice etc. Ensure their payments are released on time.  Desired skills and competencies :  - Bulk hiring Recruitment experience preferred  - Should have experience in sourcing and screening profiles  - Good understanding of MS Excel  - Highly passionate, team handling experience and good communication skills  - Quick learner and ability to work under tight deadlines
