Job Description & Key Result Areas  - To engage constructively with the stakeholders/ potential stakeholders   - To understand the expectations and needs and to propose possible Research/ Audit solutions  - To design the Primary Market Research Study in accordance with the needs of the stakeholders  - To lead various current/ proposed audit activities to serve the purpose of organization including the GTM Measurement & Service Partner Audits  - Conceptualize, Design/ Update various Measurement Metric to serve the needs of stakeholders   - To design and implement various initiatives of the team to engage and understand the consumers better  - To lead a team of 1 - 2 Research Analysts (as and when the need arises) in order to deliver the Research objectives of the organization  - Ensuring smooth field operations through proper planning and managing field schedule with the support of other members of R&M team  - To design and create appropriate questionnaires to conduct the studies  - To allocate the study to the field team and execute the project effectively on field through continuous monitoring and interventions  - To clean and analyze the data received from the Field Team  - To cull out insights and prepare reports on the basis of the data analysis  - To present the report to stakeholders if the need be  - To do data analysis on the existing data for Secondary Researches  - To manage and train the Field Team & Corporate team to make them more efficient  - To lead and train Research Analyst  - To make market visits in relation to the studies (on ground/ proposed)   Desired Skills and Competencies  - Comfortable with handling large data (Excel)  - Good with Data Analysis  - Comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint  - Good communication skills  Ideal Candidate  - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate preferable with Maths/ Engineering/ Management as background OR with an understanding/ exposure to Market Research  - Minimum Experience of 4 - 5 years
