Key Result Areas :  - Develop and improve Ad-Targeting data model based on various criteria like demographics, location, user-interests and many more  - Structure, plan & execute campaigns to maximize revenue per user basis KPIs set by content partner  - Develop and implement advanced analytics approaches including statistical modelling, machine learning algorithms, text mining, etc. to answer business questions & drive actionable insights  - Uses a variety of datasets to test hypotheses, discover hidden relationships and provide actionable insights   - Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking  - Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to internal revenue goals  - Campaign optimization recommendations through rigorous analysis of campaign results & user attributes  - Has a good knowledge of real time customer offers, contextual marketing and customer journey analytics  - Hands on experience in Analytical tools like SAS, SPSS, R with through knowledge of various analytical & statistical techniques  - Experience in gaining insights and identifying patterns using a strong programming background in Python, MySQL, SQL, etc.  - Deep understanding & familiarity with Predictive modeling concepts, Recommendation & optimizing algorithms, clustering & classification techniques  Desired Skills and Competencies :  - Experience of handling various data types and structures - structured and unstructured data, extensive prior experience in integrating data, profiling, validating  - High level of proficiency in statistical tools, relational databases & expertise in programming languages like Python/SQL is desired  - Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  - Masters degree in operations research, applied statistics, data mining, machine learning & related quantitative discipline (Preferably M.Sc /M.
