Offer Management and Onboarding: - Manage the job offer process, negotiate salary and benefits, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Metrics and Reporting: - Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment status and challenges. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors /Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on real estate, construction, or a related industry.
